Your Brand Is Not the Hero
David Saltzman, The Saltzman Group
The classic mistake brands make is positioning themselves as the hero of their clients’ stories. Doing that is one of the best ways to confuse prospects and clients and lose sales. In this session, you will learn how successful marketers and salespeople use a 38,000-year-old, 7-point strategy to craft explicit, compelling stories where the client is the hero, and is drawn to a plan that helps them achieve success.

Clarify Your Message So Customers Will Listen: How the Power of Story Can Grow Your Business
April Sunshine Hawkins
Most leaders, marketers, salespeople and managers struggle to explain what they do. It's not because they aren't smart, hard-working or likable, it's because they aren't communicating clearly. StoryBrand helps companies understand what customers are looking for so they can tell their story in such a way people listen. The human brain is drawn to CLARITY and away from confusion. If customers are confused about what you offer, they'll look past you for somebody who can say it clearly. Once you clarify your message, your company will begin to grow.

Protecting Your Business: How to Guard Against Cyber Attacks
George Robertson
A 2021 study by Critical Insight using HHS info found that from 2018 to 2021, there was an 84% increase in the number of data breaches against healthcare organizations. When it came to the number of total victims, the figure jumped from 14 million in 2018 to 44.9 million in 2021. When surveyed more than 90 percent of patients reported believing that privacy is a right and that their health data should not be available for purchase. But only 20 percent of patients indicated that they understood which individuals and companies had access to their health data, and how they were using that data. Data has become a valuable commodity and as agents/brokers HIPAA is at the core of what we do but as technology advances and becomes more porous do you know how to protect yourself, your systems and most importantly client data?
