Members, I am writing this to you just about into a month of self-isolation, as I know many of you may be reading this also being isolated in your homes. This has been a remarkable three weeks that has tested the resiliency of all of us, our communities, our professions and our faith.
Most of us, our friends and families are facing a future of uncertainty. But in the mist of this uncertainty there are things to be hopeful and grateful for. As insurance agents and professionals our clients and prospective clients need us now more than ever. They need us to help them navigate the complicated array of legislation and employer challenges facing them. They need us to help them communicate clear concise messaging to their employees. They need a resource and a conduit to the changes within the insurance carriers. And mostly they need us to able to help them and their employees at a time when many may need to use their insurance because of sickness.
We have, as an industry prided ourselves on being client/customer focused. Many of our mission statements and commitments include this type of language. So now, more than ever is the time to demonstrate that commitment to our clients, prospects and our community.
Now is the time that the rubber hits the road.
Be assured that as an organization NCAHU and TAHU is working tirelessly to stay in communication with out legislators, our carriers and you, our members to keep you at the tip of the spear. Please reach out to me if we can help assist you in any way. We will get through this, together. Just as we have through all of the challenges that have faced our industry before.
Michelle, you are awesomeness! It is having the opportunity to cross paths with people like you that make me thankful I am a part of NCAHU. Thank you for the investment you make in yourself, the commitment you make to our industry and the value to deliver to all of us around you!
