    Let's share lessons learned!

    in Medicare & Individual News

As we draw to a close with the 2021 Medicare AEP, I'm hoping that we can look back at lessons that were learned and share them with each other. In addition, we (NCAHU) can also facilitate passing along to the major insurance carriers any positive feedback on what they could do to make their products better and the process of enrolling clients more effortless.

Take some notes now, and here are some ideas of the things that would be great to share with each other:

    * Organizational - any tips on organizing your time to be more effective during "crunch time?"

    * Informative - what about ways you presented Medicare to your prospects and clients? Could you be more effective?

    * Research - which tool did you use to compare MAPDs and PDPs? Feedback?

    * Enrollment - which platform(s) did you use to enroll? Sending out SOAs?

    * Benefits - which benefits seemed to get the most attention? Least attention?

We're shooting for Wednesday, January 19th at 1 pm to do a "zoom meeting" with as many of our Medicare producers as possible. Look for a more formal announcement coming soon! In the meantime, we hope you all have a wonderful Holiday Season!!
