This course is designed to give agents insight into ethical behavior and to become familiar with inherent conflicts in being ethical. Through the use of case studies, participants will gain practice in seeing the ethical dilemmas in common insurance situations and learn how to exercise individual judgment and reasoning in addressing ethical dilemmas.
